Return Policy

Customers can return items within 10 working days maximum from the date of delivery. This is our final return window — no exceptions will be made beyond this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events
• Intimates and swimwear for hygiene reasons
• Gift cards
• Items that have been altered, damaged, or washed

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@mhinaatelier.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item(s) back using a tracked delivery service
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact us within the 10 working day return window with your order number and preferred size. Exchange shipping is complimentary for UK orders.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have received and inspected your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
